III. Cancellation and Refund

1. For Visa on Arrival Application

Visaxpressvietnam.com adheres to a strict no-refund policy for all Vietnam visa applications processed through our website. In case you wish to cancel your visa application, prompt communication is essential to prevent unnecessary costs. Once an approval letter is dispatched to your email address, the visa fee cannot be reimbursed.

It is crucial to provide accurate information for the requested visa at the time of intended departure. Visaxpressvietnam.com is not liable for visas granted incorrectly or entry refusals due to inaccurate visa information, and any resulting losses. While every effort will be made to rectify visa issues before departure, no refunds will be issued for false or incorrect information provided during submission. We strongly advise reviewing your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal details before departure.

This visa is applicable exclusively to air travel. By applying through our website, you confirm your commitment to enter Vietnam by air to obtain the visa stamp. Refunds will not be issued if you do not enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.

Refund processing time may vary (7-10 working days, up to 15 working days in some cases) depending on card issuers in the event of an application decline.

2. For E-visa Application

Expedited E-visa: The fee for expedited E-visa service includes the 25 USD E-visa fee on the government website. The expedited E-visa service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

New E-visa Application: The E-visa application on our website is exclusively for tourism purposes. If you require a business visa or another type, please refrain from proceeding. All fees associated with the E-visa application process are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

IV. Vietnam Police Check

1. Processing Time

According to the Law on Judicial Records, criminal records for foreigners in Vietnam are granted to those currently residing or who have resided in the country. The processing time varies based on the chosen service:

• Super Urgent Service: 1 working day since full document receipt.
• Urgent Service: 2 to 4 working days since full document receipt.
• Normal Service: 7 working days since full document receipt.

Note:

• For urgent and normal service, documents should be submitted before 4 p.m (GMT+7). After this time, processing will commence the next day.
• For super urgent service, documents should be submitted before 11 a.m (GMT+7) for processing the next day. After 11 a.m, processing will begin on the following day.
• The Department of Judicial Records may delay or deny processing without explanation, and Visaxpressvietnam is not responsible for resulting delays, cancellations, or financial losses. No refunds will be provided for service, embassy, courier, or shipping fees due to delays or denials.
• In special cases, additional documents may be required, leading to longer processing times. Communication will be via email.

2. Fee

By submitting the Police Check application, applicants agree to pay all fees related to the Police Check Certificate. The Service Fee is collected in full before processing begins. Additional charges by the bank or financial institution during payment are the applicant's responsibility.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Visaxpressvietnam.com reserves the right to decline processing for reasons such as incomplete applications or insufficient processing time, with a full Service Fee refund provided.

No refunds will be issued if the applicant cancels after processing starts. If the Department of Judicial Records denies a Police Check due to undisclosed past crimes, no refund will be given.

In the event of mistakes made by Visaxpressvietnam on the Police Check Certificate, the company will re-obtain a new certificate without surcharges.

Refunds are processed every Thursday, with possible delays on recognized public holidays. It may take 7-15 working days to receive the refund, depending on the bank's processes. Any fees associated with the refund from the applicant's bank or financial institution are the applicant's responsibility.

V. Disclaimer

Visaxpressvietnam.com acknowledges that due to circumstances beyond its control, confirmation and notification emails may not be guaranteed to reach applicants. Possible reasons include email failure, incorrect addresses, or emails being filtered into spam folders. In the event an applicant does not receive correspondence regarding their approval letter, it is mandatory to contact the Support Team at least 2 days before the arrival date. Visaxpressvietnam.com disclaims responsibility for any resulting loss or damage, including refund requests.

Applicants bear the responsibility of verifying information accuracy in their approval letter. Immediate contact is required for corrections; otherwise, applicants assume full responsibility for any mistakes. Errors on the part of Visaxpressvietnam.com will result in free correction, while applicant-induced mistakes necessitate full fee payment for a new approval letter. The process for obtaining a new letter takes 1-2 working days, emphasizing the importance of thorough approval letter checks upon receipt.

Vietnam Visa approval letters often include details of multiple applicants. Opting for a private letter is available in the booking form. Visaxpressvietnam.com is not liable for issues arising from group approval letters concerning an applicant's personal details.

VI. Privacy

Acknowledgment and agreement to the Privacy Statement are integral to this agreement. Users permit Visaxpressvietnam.com to contact them via email or phone for all purposes, including the distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

VII. Security

Users are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID and password on Visaxpressvietnam.com. Any usage of the User ID, whether authorized or not, is the user's responsibility. Immediate notification of unauthorized usage is mandatory.

VIII. Entire Agreement

This agreement, coupled with the Privacy Statement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Visaxpressvietnam.com, superseding any prior agreements. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
